thanks to my friend alfredo longo I built a semi-acoustic electric guitar (fender-type neck on archtop architecture with tune-o matic) around a 5 liter metal tank. maple neck, spruce body, japanese electronics on gibson pattern, unbranded humbucker pickups (one between strings and tank, one tank only). The tank sounds generously, suspended on screw heads. Even acoustically, both the sound of the water and the fluctuations created on the intonation are greatly appreciated, very different using oil. In electric it ranges much more, also due to the possibility of balancing the two pickups.
